Shannon (she/her) holds a BA (honours) in Human Rights and Gender studies from Carleton University, and is now pursuing her MA in UBC’s Social Justice Institute. Her research interest includes the intersections between queer theory, education, and social justice, and she is committed to employing critical race and feminist analyses throughout her work.
