Ace Chan PhD Candidate
Research Assistant
Ace is a PhD candidate in the School of Population and Public Health at The University of British Columbia whose research centres gender minorities and cancer risk factors. Ace’s research interests include prioritizing sexual and gender minority (SGM) health, creating inclusive and accessible health care spaces for SGM folks, and leading research towards health equity in marginalized populations. Ace leads a global systematic review project at SARAVYC and contributes to other projects such as the Canadian Trans Youth Survey.
